Description: The initiative is to digitally transform Mckinsey's internal professional services lifecycle process. The product handles all Mckinsey's professional engagements with their clients. The transformation also includes movement into AWS cloud using service oriented architecture (SOA) and include modern data analytics. Overall initiative is estimated more than $100 Million with team size 200+ associates.
Achievements:
Spearheaded the digital transformation of the engagement lifecycle management, empowering over 5000+ partners and 4+ functions to manage client engagements digitally, resulting in 27% productivity improvement.
Developed 15+ KPIs and incorporated AI to enable data-driven insights and personalization concerning engagement’s financial and operational health. This initiative led to 20% reduction in partners' time dedicated to engagement management.
Introduced the concept of programs in end-to-end engagement lifecycle journey to efficiently handle long-term complex arrangements with clients. Thus, removed 7560 redundant steps (~20k hours per year) for end-users.

Overall initiative is estimated more than $200 Million with team size 400+ associates.

Spearheaded pharmacy management product execution from inception to launch, enabled Rx/drug dispensing of 40+ million prescriptions per year on 9000+ stores.

Description: Scope of program was to manage M&S International portfolio whose primary objective is to support expansion of M&S into international market and provide business with right tools and processes. Yearly budget was GBP 2.5 million and team size of 40+ associates.
Achievements:
Introduced agile ways of working and implemented SAFe framework in IT portfolio of 1000+ associates resulting in productivity increase by 18%.
Established B2B wholesale partner channel enabling supply chain operations in international portfolio and achieved revenue gain of 10% QoQ.
Project: Retail and Finance Transformation
Role: Senior Product Manager (Pricing, Master Data and Plan to Purchase)

Description: Scope of project was to implement SAP Retail and Finance core (SAP S4/Hana) along with compatible third-party packages and solutions (Vistex, PCMS POS, Episys etc.) to replace legacy AS400 systems from 8000+ stores. Overall program was key initiative and estimated more than $300 Million with team size of 400+ associates.
Achievements:
Led cross functional teams and implemented largest SAP S/4 Hana replacing legacy AS400 systems on 8500+ stores resulted in $50 million/year reduction of license fees and operational costs.
Designed store price batching capability for PCMS’s POS product which enabled PCMS organization to comply with legal compliance and enter $15 billion US retail POS market.
Eliminated waste through automation of 40+ key reports, tasks and business processes and saved $1.2 million annually.
Project: Central Pricing Environment

Description: Scope of program was to redesign the entire pricing processes and system and centralized the overall application. Pricing was done for more than 500K products across 8000+ stores. Program had a budget of $10 Million and team size of 80+ associates.
Achievements:
Identified opportunity and designed centralized retail pricing process for 8000+ stores and managed entire product lifecycle, resulted in $20 million EBIT benefits and 30% increase in business efficiency.
Conceptualized "Deployment Dashboard" with capability of deploying product features on 8000+ stores and producing KPIs and customer success metrics.
Implemented suite of web/mobile apps providing 12000+ users with ability to setup, optimize, manage and execute retail pricing.
Created consensus among 12+ stakeholder groups across the organization and external vendors on product vision, release map and product roadmap, thus achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Led user interviews, research with end users and user personas, customer feedback and behaviour and gathered key stakeholder pain points to define business case, product backlog and MVP.
Worked with executive leadership to facilitate formulation of new business ideas and functionality, created and track schedules for a multitude of deliverables, funneling all data into the strategic roadmap.

Description: Scope was to support the Item, Pricing and DSD applications of Walgreens system. Includes resolution of tickets raised by business users and enhancements to resolve bugs in existing applications.
Achievements:
Collaborated with 10+ teams and improved customer satisfaction to 100% by meeting IT Operations SLAs such as on-time delivery, defect density, MTTR and ageing
Performed root cause identification, analysis, pareto analysis and defect elimination in master data portfolio, thus reduced MTTR (Mean Time Taken for Resolution) from 3.8 days to 2.2 days.
Handled team of 30 associates and executed IT operations in managed-services model which included application support of 20+ business applications with varied technical stack.
